1. Reservations: 50% of the daily rate, along with a completed and signed Reservation Form and Release Form will reserve a place for you on an Ombengu expedition program. The completion of the above-mentioned forms is required whether you are participating as a hunter or a companion. The final payment is due 90 days prior to your actual departure date. All applicable trophy and additional fees will be paid on location by Visa/MasterCard or wire transfer. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. However, should you cancel your hunt 6 months prior to commencement of the hunt, your deposit can apply to next yearıs season. Cancellation notification received less than 90 days prior to commencement of the hunt will lose 100% of the expedition cost. Ombengu must receive notification of cancellation in writing. This notification may be sent by mail, fax, or email. At the sole discretion of Ombengu management, based upon the reason for cancellation, your deposit may be forwarded to the following year for the same individuals if you cancel 6 months or less before your hunt.

3. Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance: It is strongly advised that all travelers purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance as protection against any emergency which may force you to cancel or leave the expedition while in progress. Loss of hunting days due to illness, lost luggage, delayed flights, etc. are at clientıs expense.

4. Additional Medical Information: Participation in an Ombengu program requires that you be in generally good health. It is essential that persons with any medical problem and related dietary restrictions make them known to us well before departure. We can counsel you as to whether the expedition is appropriate for your health requirements, but it is strongly advised that you consult with your personal physician before embarking on your expedition. We are not medical doctors. In consideration of your safety and the safety of others, our management retains the right to disqualify any person at any time during the expedition if we feel that the participant is physically incapable or that such personıs participation will jeopardize the health or safety of other individuals. Under such circumstances, refunds are not given.

5. Expedition Itinerary Cancellation: Ombengu reserves the right to cancel an itinerary before departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to logistical problems such as strikes, wars, Acts of God, terrorism, or any other circumstance which may make the operation of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments received will be promptly refunded, and this refund will be the limit of liability of ECG, Ombengu, its owners, directors, associated corporations, agents and employees (the Company). The Company shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip, including non-refundable or penalty carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa or passport fees, or other trip related expenses.

6. Right to Decline: Ombengu reserves the right to decline to accept any individual as a trip member or companion for any reason other than race, religious affiliation or gender.
